Meaning - This painting illustrates the ongoing journey of the original clans from the time of creation. Starting at the bottom left corner, the clans grew, moving forward to the Ice Age (represented by the white line), and continuing to the time of colonial impact (the red, white, and blue line on the right of the painting). The dotted pillars following colonisation represent the towns and cities becoming our places of dwelling to where we are now. Beyond this our journey continues moving toward the white in the top right of the painting. Ultimately moving forward only to return to the beginning once again, creation.
