Embrace “What Is” is a psychotherapy course to cultivate & sustain personal mindfulness practice in your everyday life.

This group combines psychotherapy and mindfulness practice on a regular basis, to support your personal growth and psychological healing. There are opportunities to discuss successes and barriers of integrating mindfulness practice into your life, as well as exploring stubborn emotional and mental patterns.

In this group, you will learn mindful insight and self-awareness, which will strengthen your ability to make conscious choices and stand in your truth. This group also supports conscious connection with like-minded people and models a way of life that embraces kindness, integrity and balance.

Friday afternoon at 1pm – 2pm
